    Sometimes, a plain old pale ale is just the thing... Burger Beer by Spike Brewery from Gothenburg. Just wish I had the burger to go with it...

    BrewDog vs Oedipus – Neverland. It's a 5.5% India Pale Lager.
    Meanwhile waiting for the chicken on the Green Egg for the taco filling. I love this grill. Still thinking about a larger version. Grilling in the city is has to be a bit low profile activity however. Smoke, fire etc.

    Domino Pilsner and Double Looper DIPA to close out my time at MIA Beer Company. I must say I enjoyed every beer I had and would recommend this place to all y'all, food was decent too.(had a burger)

    A great beer to be drinking. We spent a week in Long Beach last month with multiple visits to Beachwood Brewery. Excellent place to hang out and drink quality beers.

    Cellar temp fresh Dank Wood by Founders in a frosted pint glass ..
    This brew seemed to taste better and better as it warmed with each sip .
    I didn’t have many choices left in the fridge, so trying this combo and hoping to get more Dank Wood next Beer run :slight_smile:

    [​IMG] Another thanks @2beerdogs for this really nice brew and will review it this time. Pours a very attractive mildly hazy orange with a 2 finger sticky white head that leaves plenty of stick thin lace as it slowly settles. 4.5

    Smell is bold papaya, marijuana, tangerine, pine resin, and some fresh grapefruit rind. 4.25

    Taste follows fairly dank weed, papaya, orange, pine, and a healthy dose of grapefruit assaults your palate. 4.5

    Mouthfeel is big, moderate life with a slight creamyness to it, a little dry, and at 8.5% ABV I personally am getting on it without any issues. 4.5

    Overall I still love an old school WCDIPA and this certainly is one, with some East Coast influence. Excellent beer. 4.5

    Now this Taco Tuesday is a Wrap, I'm unwinding with this Nøgne Ø # 100.

    In North America (and probably also South) labeled as an IIPA. In Europe it's labelled as a barley wine. Same beer (or wine).
