If you could have one brewer make a certain kind of beer (or a variant of their beer if you're unimaginative like me) what would it be? Describe by style, abv, and whatever descriptors matter in your dream beer, Additives, flavors, etc...

I'm not generally a big NEIPA drinker. However, after getting to try the old nation m43 strawberry variant, I'd have to lean in that direction. I'd say strawberry rhubarb m43 would be my dream beer at the moment. I love strawberry rhubarb pie, and never see beer of that flavor. 6.8% abv would probably be solid without overloading the flavor with booze.

A German bourbon barrel aged chocolate pilsner soured for 3 years and then aged on heirloom peaches for 6 months before going into a red wine barrel and dry hopped with galaxy.

Since I am from Texas and don't have access to Allagash, I want someone in Houston to brew a Hoppy Table beer and can or bottle it. I want it to have a good Belgian yeast profile, with some spice, juicy esters and a little funk to it. Would like it to have a good mouthfeel, or the best you can get for < 5%. I want a beer with a little personality that I can drink several of during a day by the pool and 1) not get hammered 2) not get palate fatigue. There is a brewery downtown that I know could pull this off, but they don't can or bottle, so if they ever do it, I might have to commit to buying a keg off of them.

It's not Houston, but Jester King's Noble King looks like it might be close to this.

I have tried their Commercial Suicide Farmhouse Mild. I don't know that I'd consider it a poolside beer, but it'd make a fine table beer. And at 2.9%, you could drink it all day - if money was no object, that is.

Damn, someone leaked what one of the 2022 Founders Barrel Series will be, in collaboration with Stone Berlin.

Raspberry BCBS and Cherry BCBS variants in distribution. They've done them taproom only, if you don't count the cherry-flavored 2015 BCBS shipped and then recalled.

Drinking it now. A cask conditioned well brewed ordinary bitter.Or better still a Mild.
Good beer needs no extras or silly flavourings but a centuries old unspoilt pub helps the enjoyment.

I'd REALLY like it if Herr Knab and the staff at Schlenkerla would run a direct tap line from Bamberg to my house - Schlenkerla Marzen on tap at all times - no variants necessary until the bock comes out each fall!

My dream beer would be if Columbus Brewing Company just put Yakima Fresh out year round.

Never thought of rhubarb in beer until last year when Suarez made one that is on my top ten all time list, Leifer. Turns out rhubarb flavor is a natural in farmhouse or sour type of styles.

And that is my choice. If I could have Suarez just make farmhouse style ales in his inimitable way, with locally grown flavor additions at about 4.5% ABV I would be very happy.

I assume a lifetime supply would be a part of the deal?

Yes I love that beer, but $$ not feasible for this to be an everyday drinking. This is my go to beer when we go out to eat at BYOB resturants

I want Victory at Sea and Bomb! to have a baby; basically a 13% ABV Victory at Sea with added chili peppers and cocoa that retails for the VaS price and not the Prairie price.
