Some are saying its "green" as you often hear from the masses. I myself thought it was perfect. What I think people consider to be "green" is just hops. I prefer the massive hoppiness myself. All it does is fade as it ages.

 

Noticed it was canned a few days before release. Don't think I've ever seen that. They got a cold storage now with the finished construction?

 

Yeah even some of the hazy doubles can be pretty boozy when young. There's definitely some sort of leveling going on in the can that mellows it out and pushes the fruit flavors to the forefront.

 

It did look like there was cold storage in the new building. Also makes sense, Henry was out of the country so he probably canned it before they left. That's just my guess.

One of the more accessible out of the gate TIPAs Henry has ever brewed. Massively balanced fruit bomb but with considerably less hop bite than " Wrap" at this point. I cannot wait to see how this plays out over the next few weeks. It's a bit pre-mature but IMHO this easily could wind up being my favorite TIPA period. How can they do this? Where's the ABV ? Insane craftsmanship.

I said this here on this thread a few weeks back and got roasted for it. Not sure why some are surprised that aggressively hopped beer tastes aggressively hoppy.

 

Haven’t had this one for out of the can, just on tap during release day. I really like this one but Biggie, Hip Hop and this are pretty much a tie for me.

Finally made it to a can release since...uhh...uhh....something. Probably something around this time last year.

Space Cookie Vol. 3 is pretty good. Lots of Nila wafer-qualities. But, that Saaz Pilsner. It's terrible. Horrid. Tastes like a dead opossum, lying in waste water, with skunks taking pot shots at it.

...i'm hoping this puts you off so I can keep filling growlers for as long as I can.
