I am hopeful for the variants this year! As it seems Three Floyd’s is starting to become more “pro customer” with several of their policies in the past month. They now have 5oz pours on all their beers so you can basically create your own flight (a departure from the set flight) and it appears, as of yesterday, you can now drink while waiting for a table as they built an outdoor area for said purpose. Granted both of the above changes may be solely motivated by money, but it seems like a move in the right direction. Therefore, perhaps this year we will get 80%+ of variants that most people will want to drink.

 

Yeah, but we'll probably get Rye Barrel & Red Vines and Apple Brandy you just know will have chamomile, cardamom, all spice, or some other nonsense.

 

with the wristbands, can I enter the festival at a different time as my guest? It appears that my guest can register his wristband independently from me, so I assume he's good to go without me necessarily being there when we go through the lines. correct?

 

I think they wanted to do outdoor seating forever it's just they only got it legally approved with the bid for the expansion which they want to have outdoor seating since they are building a giant park for it....

 

Incorrect. Your guest needs to enter with you according to them. Not really sure how this works though.

 

Pretty sure you have to enter at the same time with bracelets around your ankles like a three-legged race.

I was wondering if bugs were supposed to start coming out of the wristband or something...

 

Registering it is just so he can link his credit card to it.

If it works the same as previous years you will need to be there to show your ID to validate entry of both wristbands. They say you must arrive together, however in the past you could enter on your own, and then if your guest arrives later, you can go back out and re-enter with him to validate his ticket.

Anecdotally my guest got in last year without any check of my ID, but you can't count on this.

 

Same. Brought several bottles two weeks ago. $30 each for a gift card. No issues.

 

How does the refund work? I got mine last year and it's been sitting in the basement since. Somehow had no idea there were infection issues. If this is something I can still refund I should open tonight and see what's up. Are all bottles infected?
