I wonder if snorting it would make it the equivalent of 5 bottles....

Hey dudes. I got a question. I got 4 tickets this year. 2 with my name and 2 guest tickets. 2 in group A and 2 in Group B. You guys dont think it will be an issue having 2 tickets in my name do you? I looked up and down and nowhere does it state that you can only purchase one ticket.

Let's meet up and find out.
Those have always been some tasty tacos. I love that you sat on the ground, spilled a little beer, and took a pic of your tacos. That's commitment.

This may sound like a weird question, but.... where did all of this damn 17 Ronaldo come from? It was tapped last year and I got a pour at the beginning of the fest. This year its on tap like a dick ton of times, and it went on tap right after DLD for like... a week last year at the brewpub. I wanted a bottle of that stuff last year and I remember there not being all that many. Not complaining, I left with a Chemtrail , but still.

Edit: Ok fine, twice it will be on Saturday, but its one of the only 17 variants they have on deck.

Yeah, not so much. From a study I was just reading...

"The inclusion of these multiple transportable carbohydrates can lead to a reduction of the inhibiting effect of hyperosmolality on fluid absorption. The present study did not show any effect of increasing sodium concentration on fluid delivery. In conclusion the present study showed that when carbohydrate concentration in an ingested beverage was increased above 6% fluid delivery was compromised. Sodium content (0–60 mmol/L) in a 6% glucose beverage did not lead to increases in fluid delivery."

To put it simply, the effects of the glucose and sodium in this mix when added to water can actually inhibit water absorption and increase symptoms of dehydration.

    Per FFF (3F):

"The name on your ticket must match the ID of the ticket holder. If you purchase two tickets, your name will be associated with both tickets. Your second attendee must enter with you — no exceptions. Dark Lord bottle allotment is per person not per ticket. You cannot use two tickets to double your allotment."

    So, that's fine.

Perhaps they got spooked by their inability to age cherry stouts without issues with Rue D'Floyd and they are liquidating it while it is still drinkable...

Did you buy 2 tickets or 4? 2 is fine, 1 for you, 1 guest.

however, if you already have the tickets in hand, then I think you are fine. If they were going to cancel some of your tickets, they would have already.

He says he has 4 tickets though.

Well shit. Poop all over my idea and my heart why don't you.

But really, thanks! Was gonna buy some of that tonight but thanks to your translation of that alien language aka science speak, I'll stick with regular pedialyte and water.

On another topic, to the group A folks and the early bird people, please do us all a huge favor and atleast one person post on here and let us know if they are really counting ounces and water bottles. I literally have 2 big coolers already full of beer and only 4 people to carry it. So unless those 72 ozs are being stretched to 150+ I'm going to be tailgating outside the holding pen until like 8:20.

So are people taking the DLD faqs to mean we can only bring in 72 ounces of beer the first time we enter and not allowed to bring in more during re-entry?

In past years I could leave and come back with more beer as many times as I wanted.

The local police started cracking down on that in 2016ish. I guess if you were lucky and sneaked by them you were okay, but they definitely started turning people away who were bringing in more beer after the initial entry.
