Tried the final beta version at Belmont Station the other day, which I assume is going to be pretty similar to the final 2018 3-way recipe. IMHO, it's pretty similar to the 2017 version, so I assume it will sell well. Good beer, but it's not something I'd go out of my way for or stand in line for.

I only tried one of the beta versions from back in April, but I felt the same. I feel like I've had my fill of hazy IPA's and have happily gone back to seeking out West Coast varieties when I need a hop fix.

I feel like this version is even hazier than last years. More in line with the Hazy IPAs MT puts out. Def some different hop notes on this one as well. I can appreciate being hazed out though. I’m not quite there yet, although drank a Sticky Hands last night and was tasting especially good. Still plenty of variety out there to keep me happy.

I had the final beta at Latona Pub this week, really enjoyed it. Not enjoy the fervor around getting some cans, though.

Seriously, let’s make 3-Way clear again so I can easily drink it all summer. Kthxbye.

I made similar comments earlier today.

The people have spoken: Make IPAs Clear Again!

I had Beta 16.6 yesterday at Bottleworks and it was bad. Dirty orange in color, tasted a bit like bitter medicine. I really hope it was just a bad/oxidized keg cause it's apparently the recipe we'll see in cans.

That would be a bitter disappointment.
