I like BAA just a tiny bit better than Chemtrail but that's just me.

Funny you mention that. When I had ChemTrail at DLD, I remember thinking that this is how I had hoped BAA tasted. I was disappointed with BAA, but not with ChemTrail.

Actually can't speak to BAA...haven't had it. But serious about the rest. Willing to accept donations.

Your avatar creeps me the fuck out. -And while I usually value your posts, every time I see a new post of yours my first thought is that I wish you'd change that god damn avatar.

    Carry on.

Or maybe it was just those beers were mind blowing then but not now. IDK.

I must say, with the exception of a few bad apples, as usual, everyone at DLD was really cool. There was one instance where I was just walking to meet up with a friend and a guy says "Hey, your glass is empty. Let me fill that up for you." He then proceeds to fill my glass with a delicious beer (I can't remember the name of it right now). It's the small things like this that make all the difference. When I was up to get a pour of Chemtrail Mix the lady asked if I wanted one or two. I was planning on one but purchased two. One for me and one to share with anyone that had an empty glass.

Same. Chemtrail was my first beer of the fest and it kicked ass and I was excited to get it as my variant. I had a few pours throughout the fest and it's a flavor ill never forget. Only had one pour of HDNQ so wanna give it another shot

I did the same thing, grabbed a second pour and shared the wealth in the bottle pick up line. I always appreciate the generosity of strangers at DLD every year, and wanted to Beer it Forward as well.

I agree with this statement. Everyone was super chill. When I was in line for Handjee, a lady that just got her pour came back to the line with 2 pours. She said she bought an extra one just to share with the people in the back of the line.

I love people that are scared of clowns, because it makes absolutely no sense to me--clowns take up zero of my cognitive space and it's just a funny picture with all sorts of mismatching concepts, and a stupid-large empty glass. I also love that this is coming from a Simpsons avatar. Carry on

Puddles Pity Party. Not a die hard fan or anything, but his early stuff with Postmodern Jukebox was pretty hilarious to me (particularly covering Lorde, because he nails that "woe is me" bullshit and totally shits on her whole shtick by doing so). Just wanted an avatar with an empty glass that needed filling with a stupid amount of beer.

Clowns don't actually scare me. But the whole picture just looks demonic to me in a super unnatural way. (unnatural, demonic, etc. all in the same sentence?! Oh my!).

I <3 Puddles. I had no idea that was him. He's a huge human being. Probably can use the huge glass.

I see where you're going. To me, and probably to you to since you're familiar with him, all I see is that over exaggerated cartoonish depression he's so good at feigning. It's more discernible on video though.

On second thought, I should change it to an actual demon. TIME FOR BEEZY!

I did this a couple times... had orange wax assassin, Bierre de Norma, just walked around to people we weren't even sharing and offering up pours.

    Part of the fun!

The Chem and Ronaldo vintages hve been restored, all is right with the world now.

Separately, I want to know if people really enjoyed Cognac Muerte (red wax), or did they just want to enjoy it so much they convinced themselves to. My friend opened that under the big tent (if you happened to get a pour with us, hello!), and my god...hell to the no! Worse than Biggle and Temec by a country mile for me. Roasted tomatoes and all the chiptole peppers you could never want. Would be great to make a stew or roast with though!
