LOL Ya Michelob Golden Draft Light was the beer of Minnesota along with Summit Extra Pale Ale. I am not so sure which beer best represents MN now. Surly Furious? Maybe but maybe not.

I wonder which beer sells the most in MN: Summit EPA or Furious??

No I say, most Minnesotans have never heard of or drank Fair State Kazbek Kellerbier. I have never tried it myself.

For Missouri, even though I'm an IPAdict - TORN LABEL - Alpha Pale Ale - exceptional!!!

For Connecticut I'd have to say G-Bot DIPA from NEBCO. That's the first craft beer that caused a real stir around here 5 or 6 years ago when it was canned. It's a beer that has been emulated by many brewers, and built upon.

Not sure this truly represents the state, but I have seen it all over the state and it's a damn, fine beer - Cigar City's Jai Alai IPA, Tampa, FL

I'd say Colorado is best represented by Odell Brewing's Cutthroat Porter -- a nod to the state fish, the Greenback Cutthroat Trout. It also speaks to our love of outdoors and fishing as well as what we're doing to preserve the state fish -- which is currently listed as "threatened."

    It's a great porter too.

For Texas, I agree with Yellow Rose being a good reflection of our character. I would say that Austin Beerworks' Flavor Country or (512) Brewing Company's SMaSH IPA are contenders too.

What the Hell. How about Highland Gaelic Ale and Red Oak Amber? These beers predate just about all the new "cool" beers everywhere, and are still cranking along just fine! I like pioneers going way back........These beers well represent a big piece of North Carolina's rich cultural history.

I agree with Mich Golden Lite as a popular beer in MN. I would vote for Surly Furious or Glueks.

For me being from PA I would have to say Yards Brewing in Philly. They brew the “Beers of the Revolution” series, year round. They were one of Philly’s first craft breweries and with a recent move to bigger digs they stayed true to a loyal fan base and stayed right in town

Nevada = Ichthyosaur (or "Icky") IPA...It's where craft beer started in NV, and it's even named after the official state fossil.

    Delaware's representative?

It's been so popular for so many years, CBS actually named a Sunday 7PM (EST) investigative show after it. Don't forget to add the "s".

Im in in Texas after years in Ohio.
For Texas, I'd have to say Peticolas Brewery in Dallas. Founder is retired lawyer who led, or at least helped to lead the fight to overturn some really antiquated brewing laws. Too detailed to get into but those laws essentially blocked the small brewing industry from getting off the ground.
Anyhow, he puts out some really good ales, runs a quality operation and made it happen with determination and money...that's Texas.( Doesn't can nor bottle so you have to get it in a bar, restaurant, on site or growler, by the way.)
There are now dozens of small brewers throughout the state. Some are "meh", but many are quite good...Peticolas deserves a huge thank you for that.
