I'm going to start a thread titled "Three Floyds Marshmallow Handjee available at Binny's!!" My post will read: I have it from a reliable source that this isn't true.

 

So given Bell's past release history this means it should be out in a week or 2?

I don't know how reliable of a source they are, but I've been stalking the label filing blogs waiting for a 2018 label of this to pop up (2016 & 2017 releases each had their own label filings prior to release) and haven't seen anything. I've been keeping an eye out since BAE was a top 3 stout for me last year and need to keep my trade bait lined up in case it drops...

Would be devastating news. BA Expo is possibly my favorite beer of all time.

 

Guys, guys...if you really read this right, I'm pretty sure he means it's available right now and we should all use our FIB driving skills to get there as quickly and unsafely as possible.

 

It's all true. The same source - again, the pinnacle of reliability - also confirmed that Bell's is going to package Two Hearted in shorty Little Kings-style wide mouths exclusively from now on.

 

Well at least he didn't say that it wouldn't be coming this year.

 

I love how he just showed up out of nowhere. First post I've seen from him in a long time. Well done!

 

I get that BA Expedition is a beer worth chasing down. What I don't understand is that Black Note sits in the General Store, or at least it was recently. People, it is half (or roughly half) BA Expedition. It's a world class beer. Go get it.

 

I think everyone has gotten it, two or three times but they made about 20,000 cases (number is an estimate and not to be considered factual).

 

And yet, for me, despite being partially BA Expedition, I find BA Expedition to be substantially better than Black Note. I'll also note that with the glut of BA stouts being released seemingly year round now, things are just sitting longer in many instances when they never did in the past.
