Extremely herbal, sharp, and bitter to start yet calculated. Feel is clean with spicy/cracker-y hops and notes of pine, citrus, orange peel – Edges start to smoothen out, bringing forth key notes of melon with more orange and that floral-grainy malt concourse

Another weekend is upon is, and the wicked heat has started. The kinda hot where I just go out in the morning to run, and retreat back to the A/C for the remainder of the day. Today has been a bit different in that I couldn't run, so instead I pulled some parts off the car, and worked on them in the comfort of the A/C. Work is done, now it's time to start pouring some beer.

I don't recall one Saturday where you have kept count, where you included Coronitas, where you have approached the total count as me, considering my advanced age.

Remedy Cherry Limeade Berliner Weisse, 3.9% ABV, 8 IBU. Pours pale orange, nose is lime. Taste is cherry and lime, slightly tart, no notable bitterness. Excellent mouthfeel, overall excellent. Not one of my favorite styles, but pretty darn good. Not too tart.

    Finally

These bottles ain’t lasting no six months

I don’t get excited about many of the breweries that come to NJ, cause there is a lot of mediocre beer on the shelves. But I am happy for Bells, because of Two Hearted.

Aren’t we the same age though?:stuck_out_tongue: Also I only drink these since they’re 60 cents a pop, versus $1.50 at least for a craft lager. Philly is crazy expensive. If there was a cheap craft option I’d be all over it.

I was born weeks before you were, so I do have the life experience advantage. Craft beer is definitely cheaper here where NFL championships happen more often. But I still choose to spend my retirement money on craft beer right now.

If you give me a truth serum and ask me which beer from Three Floyds is my favorite, 75 out of 100 times, I’d answer this beer (Permanent Funeral would be the other 25).

This is outstanding, IMHO, especially when it’s fresh (this bomber was bottled 5/30/18) - the mango and peach notes mix magnificently with the caramalt. Flocking love it.
