I should warn you the burrito I had for lunch is not agreeing with me at the moment, but that beer was superb.

    Brix City Strawberry Jams

8.5% NEIPA with Citra, Mosaic, strawberry purée, vanilla and lactose. This is scary drinkable. And it’s quite tasty.

Pretty good American take on a Belgian style. I'm always nervous that it will be way too sweet. Cheers!

Bale Breaker Bottom Cutter, a truly outstanding WCIPA courtesy of @Lingenbrau. I feel like the name deserves a witty put-down, but I'll pass that off to @joe1510 for the honors.

Daily lager review. This is very solid. Great head retention/spotty lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and light honey/nutty malts; with mildd herbal/grassy hop earthiness. A bit too fruity aromas, but not overwhelming. Very mild herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; Very creamy/bready/grainy malt body, with slight sticky hops. Lightly increasing lingering bitter/spicy alcohol dryness. No cloying. Very flavorful and smooth. Perfectly clean lager flavors, minimal fruitiness. Mildly increasing warmth of 8% lingering after the finish. Really tasty stuff, nothing offensive about it. Very clean and rich barley/grains and mild earthy hop balance. Not overdone on adjuncts, with plenty of barley presence. Dangerously drinkable. Pleasant and enjoyable. Well made as expected. 3.46

This was excellent. Great head retention and spotty lacing on the glass. Flavors of big milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, coconut, vanilla frosting, cream, marshmallow, fudge, and toasted dark/brown bread; with light notes of herbal/grassy hop and yeast earthiness. Similar/muted aromas, a bit more fruity/yeasty. Very mild herbal/grassy hop and roast bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; great creamy/bready/grainy malt mouthfeel; slight sticky hops, chalky roast, and increasing dryness. Zero warming 5%. Really spot on cream stout as usual. Very nice richness for the ABV. Great balance of roast/bready malts, cocoa, coconut, and lactose. Will definitely get this again. 3.98

Given that Kim Jung Un takes his own toilet on the road with him so noone can analyze his feces or urine, just wondering if we could discern beer recipes if we were to think of the bathroom urgency more analytically than simple bodily function. Enjoying one of Tired Hands anniversary beers - Burden of Pungitude and hoping these two crazy men don't destroy the world. Cheers

Stunning beer. One of the smoothest strong beers I’ve ever had the pleasure of drinking.

    Shipyard Summer Ale.

I'm unsure if it's because I just hit the L and my mouth is dry or what but this beer is slammin. Not a single off flavor. Crisp clean. Even a bit dry. They've made to me, a German style helles to the T and the hops taste noble but are Saphir and Willamette. Very nice. Brewed on 3 07. Summer in March I guess. Be nice to see this in July and August but i sadly do not see this doing well with time.

    Cheers.

I know, but it's just so ripe, both the brewery name and the beer itself. Maybe a few beers in you'll change your mind. Plus, you can direct it at @Lingenbrau.
