Has anyone done the Grand Cru tour? We got tickets for my birthday weekend in July. Worth it

Speaking of Grand Cru, when was the last time they made Grand Cru? Any plans to make it again?

For anyone who's been recently, what's the pricing like for vintage onsite bottles?

I was there this weekend and while I didn't look at the onsite bottles I did happen to take a picture of the bar. Its hard to read the chalk board that has specialty pours but it looks like they are around $19-$20.

Russian River has had Wild Friendship, for onsite the past couple of days; would love to see that option pop up

I’m a huge Allagash fan, especially their sour program. It’s some of the few beer I actually stock up on and cellar. So when I read these comments last year they really concerned me. I have a deep cellar of Nancy, Coolships, lil Sal, Marttina Rossa, etc. Well, it finally happened to me, but this is odd: I had two Mattina Rossas left from Feb. 26, 2015. They were bought at the same bottle release and stored properly side by side in my cellar. I popped one open last weekend and it was straight vinegar! I was sharing with a few people and as soon as we smelt it we all knew something was way off. Down the drain it went. I opened the second one last night with plans on just dumping it. I opened it and it smelt amazing! Sipped it and it was delicious! Raspberries, funk, sour, oak, just beautiful! So, if any of you have some of these in your cellar, open them up and see what you have!
    Cheers!

I haven’t had good luck cellaring Allagash either, except for FV13, Avancé and Interlude. All age amazingly 2+ years. Resurgam gets this overripe banana thing that I’m not pumped on. I typically drink as fresh as I can.

I'm here to check in that I had Resurgum for the first time this past weekend and I found it be terrific.

Also Wild Rivulet was delicious af.

Got a sneak preview of this on the Grand Cru tour Sat. night, as well as pours off the tanks of new Farm to Face and Little Brett. Well worth it, especially drinking some of the last of Wild Friendship Blend in the Coolship room!

Woke up early and decided to head up for the release. Just arrived and the lot is pretty much empty

Nancy was the sour/funky beer that, two or so years ago made me rethink my stance on beers like it. Such a good beer. And Coolship Peach? Damn I’m incredibly jealous. As I look at my two children playing nicely together making Father’s Day cards, I wonder ... can I leave for two hours without them noticing?

We hit the release today, and I’ll just say that this batch of Nancy is absolutely delicious! And I also love the new tasting room experience. We had full pours of Nancy, Coolship Red, and could choose from a ton of different beers. Much better than just having 4 free samples of what ever beer they happing to be pouring. Great job, Allagash!

Any news on whether Coolship Peche sold out, how long it might last, etc.?
