So VIP's get a pilsner

 

Crickets was awesome. Hope they can it again soon.

 

Hope my post didn’t come across as knocking Crickets. I just assumed the VIP packages were purchased by hazebroz, which I can see them being bummed about a Pilsner.

 

Also two of the beers are just the non 2x/4x dry hopped version that the plebes get.

 

You guys are missing the point- the VIP's get their own bathroom, the beer really is just a means to that end.

 

Hit the taproom last night. Pretty sure I saw them canning a bunch of Triple Cream in the back.

 

Triple oat cream just got added to untappd

 

Dunno if that is legit. Almost positive Triple Cream is already brewed with Oats.

 

Triple creaming is the new triple hopping.... the next frontier.

 

Hey guys - quick question for you locals. My friends and I are planning to go to OH on Saturday, 7/7. Since the 4th of July holiday lands on the Wednesday of that week, would this affect the normal Saturday can release at all? I'm thinking if anything, OH would do a midweek drop on Tuesday and then keep the normal Saturday schedule, but I could be wrong.

 

Is it even possible to add things to untappd if you’re not the brewery?

 

Yes. The public can add new beers

 

Other Half doesn't care about VIPs.

 

That was the taters release last year that weekend. So bring camping gear I guess?

 

If they are collabing with any of the breweries visiting for Green City, that could be when they'd come out too.

 

I'm betting we'll see a Cloudwater Collab giving they're doing a tap takeover on Sunday.

For today's release I've heard that there is a fair amount of beer, not sure if that's true but I'm hoping so since I won't be able to get there until after work.

 

If Other Half were to do another Potatoes-style collab with Trillium and Monkish, but add a fourth brewery into the mix, which brewery do you think they would include?

 

Probably The Veil or Cloudwater, they did a 5 way collab at trillium a while back. I hope that if they collab with The Veil they don't fuck it up again cause Coir Boiz was a mess and I heard bad things about Topical Depression.

I've never gone to OH for a midweek release, do you guys think there will be a big turnout? I'm guessing the Trillium collab and the bottles could draw a sizable crowd - think it will be greater than the typical Saturday can releases as of late?
