Arrived at noon and got a bottle? If that’s true there is absolutely ZERO percent chance it was 400 bottles as TG posted. So what does that say about TG!?

it definitely did for me. 4.25 hours away, wasn’t even sure if i’d make it if they had 1,000 bottles for sale.

We arrived at 10 am and got bottles 304 and 305 with maybe 50 people behind us in line just before noon. I think a lot of people stayed away.

Was it really $100 for a bottle?

What bottles were available for onsite consumption as part of the cellar sale? Prices?

i think a lot of breweries like to act that they don’t have any idea about the trade value or secondary value of their bottles (even if they actually do) but fuck me if TG doesn’t just let it all hang out there. there isn’t anything subtle about that price tag.

i think you may have forgotten a “1” there. no way 2014 was cheaper than 16

The KBBS/2016 prices are a little subjective. If I recall, it was $220 for KBBS and two Assassins. I priced it at $100 for KBBS and $60 for Assassin. Yes, subjective, but priced per demand.

Anyone sample the King Sue Cans? How is this new batch in cans?

If those prices are correct then kudos to TG. Considerably less than the last time. If I could drink a KBBS and Assassin and go home with a SR71 for $260 I would consider it the greatest beer drinking day of my life.

There were probably 350-375 at 11:00 AM opening. Pretty crazy but true.

I was just in Madison and saw FSM for $11.99 a bomber. I'm in Dubuque and the cheapest I've ever seen that beer here is $14.99. I'll have to stock up when I'm up there next time!
