    Good morning and happy 4th. I’m getting everything prepped to fire up the smoker this afternoon for some beef short ribs and a whole fryer chicken and this is going to help. Gonna need to split some wood too for it.

    Btw tavern cut is so smooth and velvety on my palate one of the hop butcher for the worlds best offerings.

    That'll open your eyes. My daughter and her whole crew are visiting D.C. and checking out all of the spots. She says Foggy Bottom is "more" hotter than Hell! Maybe a dip in The Potomac is in order! Upstream.

    I assume she planning on doing the mall for the festivities, true? If so, hopefully staying downtown, too, as getting out can be a CF. Either way, I hope she enjoys her time in our nation's capital.

    They're headed over toward Chincoteague, then to Duck, and back to Chapel Hill Sunday. We're watching the granddogs, and I'll swear 4 dogs is more than 2 dogs by 2 dogs. Cheers friend!

    I took both of my children to D.C. on multiple occasions. July Fourth, Picasso exhibit, on journeys through Richmond, Charlottesville, Dewey's Beach (DFH}. and other spots I know well. They liked our road trips and brewery visits, and tell me often. The Smithsonian is on tap!

    I am going to have a lot of Enjoy By 07.04.18 IPA today.. It is an unfiltered DIPA by Stone, ABV 9.40%, and around IBU 90. The flavor is grapefruit, maybe pineapple, and significant pine resin, and it's juicy and dank.
