Good morning BA, have a great Sunday! Not much going on, another normal Sunday with bottle returns, laundry, and a grocery run later on.

Fantastic DIPA again this year, glad it returned. Aromas and flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, melon, berry, lemon/orange peel, light pepper, and pine hops; with moderate honey, caramel, toasted bread malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; balanced creamy/bready malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Some resins and increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Mildly warming 8%, dangerously smooth. Super juicy and fairly dank hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with mild lingering sweetness. Tastes the same as I remember, but a bit less aggressively bitter/drying. Great Mosaic hop showcase once again.

Amazing American barleywine as always. Aromas and flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, plum, apricot, golden raisin, red apple, citrus peel/zest, light pepper, and pine hops/yeast; with balanced caramel, toffee, brown sugar, brown bread, toasted biscuit, and light nutty malt sweetness; with herbal, floral, grassy hop and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; balanced creamy/silky/slick malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Slight resins/rinds and increasing bitter dryness, never astringent. Very smooth sipper, mildly increasing warmth of 10.9%. English barleywines are my favorite style, but this one is definitely a top favorite American barleywine; due to the fact they have an English house yeast and it's not super aggressively bitter. Pretty much an English/American hybrid on the style, to me at least. I have 5 more left. I should have gotten a whole case. Who knows when they will brew it again.

This was fantastic! Dessert Citra DIPA. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, coconut, vanilla, marshmallow, cream, and citrus zest; with moderate honey, brown sugar, biscuit dough malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Very mild pine, zesty, herbal, grassy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; very creamy/silky/bready malt/sugar mouthfeel; slight hop sticky/resins. Mildly increasing lingering bitter dryness, never astringent. Insanely drinkable soft mouthfeel, mildly increasing warmth of 8.6%. Drinks like a NEIPA as I expected of the other ones. Insane hop juiciness, balanced vanilla, sugars, and bready malts; not overly sweet/heavy considering what is going on here. Will definitely get this again. I had a can 2 weeks ago that was more bitter/drying, this was spot on to the original review! Must have been an outlier.

Omnipollo Alazar. This was excellent! Flavors of big milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, peanut butter, coconut, marshmallow, fudge, molasses, and toasted dark/brown bread; with lighter notes of coffee, licorice, dark fruit, smoke, and herbal hops. Similar/muted aromas, more fruitiness. Very mild herbal hop and roast bitterness on the finish. Light-medium carbonation and very full body; very creamy, silky, slick mouthfeel; slight sticky spice and chalky roast. Minimal dryness, no cloying sweetness. Mildly increasing warmth of 11%. Not quite up to par with the rest of their imperial stouts, but still delicious. Rich and complex with balanced dark/roasted malt; and white chocolate, vanilla, coconut, PB flavorings. A bit more fruity on the yeast. A random hidden find yesterday.

I rather like this but one is going to be enough for now, the flavor is rather intense and sweet . . .

Beautiful deep cherry red gold color with white cap and lacing.

An aroma that immediately reminds me of tart wild cherries followed by a sweeter cherry scent as if two species had been blended.

Taste is cherry in abundance, I can't say that eating ripe cherries would taste any more cherry. The combination is complex with sweet cherry leading and tart puckery cherry finishing. There is an over riding sweetness throughout that may not be to everyone's taste.

What are you growing there? Is there some sort of squash or cucumber? I see you added another box recently. I use the same ones. They work pretty well. In fact I have an open one that I’m going to plant today.
