I know this is a totally off the wall comment, but I wish people would stop naming DIPAs with double in the name, or doubling the name or a word, or double doubling.

Surely we can be more creative.

I'll be honest..Everytime I've gone to More, I keep leaving going I don't get it...every beer I've had from them has been kinda meh, or the tap room barely has anything on tap. It could be bad timing on my part but I've tried to time it where a few should be on tap

I miss the Ram Juicy days. That may have been my favorite beer ever from him besides Chaos.

I've taken a break from More and their beers for awhile. I honestly enjoy either my local brewery in town or walking in a picking up something fresh from Binnys.

 

In this case I think it’s better. They make space boots. It’s an IPA. Double space boots is the DIPA. DDH Double is the extra dry hopped version of the double. Helps alleviate confusion - wish they were more clear with their stouts; Karma is supposed to be a specific version of Henna but they haven’t always made that clear

 

Yeah I don't really get all the hype either honestly. When I had the recent S'mores I thought it was good but nothing special. A lot of NE IPAs run together for me now anyways.

Villa Park is also really far from me and driving there for average beer just doesn't do it for me. And when I say average, I mean it's very good, but the problem is that so many breweries make great beer.

 

Dammit, if they really wanted to be fair they would have a ticketed release that anyone could get in on...

Can anyone post what cellar bottles are available for on site consumption at 3 and how much $? Limit? Trying to gauge if it's worth heading over. Thanks in advance.

I wonder if tomorrows event will be more BA Hennas or the regular Hemmas instead

I debated going today because I have really wanted to try their Frooted series but I opted for Corridor instead. 25 minutes to both places and the deciding factor was the “to go” options. With cans selling out so quick at more it would be nice to at least have the option to grab a crowler to take home. Here’s to hoping for a few more can releases before the summer is over.

 

Swirl is fantastic. Vanilla Rye not too shabby either.
