What beer are you drinking now? #2099

Very interesting and tasty stout brewed with peanut butter, dark chocolate, and coffee. 5.5% ABV Cheers to my final day of vacation.

 

My wife is driving, Thing 2 in the front seat, Thing 1 in the middle row, and dad in the back seat. They stopped at Dunkin' D for coffee ... No thx, I already have mine.
Next up - the PA Turnpike heading West.

Friday Breakfast Stout.

 

I used to be a catholic boy...

 

Travel day breakfast beverage.

 

Breakfast of champions.

 

I'm on the last day of a two week vacation. . We drive south tomorrow. Please take over where I left off - do nothing but swim and drink beer!

 

I spent the past hour hauling junk up to the curb for pickup.
I need something strong.

 

Time for one more before my plane starts boarding.

 

Uh huh, oh yeah . . .



Very light yellow-gold color with white cap and lacing.

Aroma of sweet, mellow grain with a touch of floral hops.

Flavor is rounded grain which comes across as caramel without being sweet. Floral hops more prominent in the scent yet traces are found in the flavor. Not complex flavors but very good ones. Clean, solid and refreshing.

Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

I will not need an invitation to pour another one because this is darn good stuff.

 

Good morning/afternoon BA! Having a well deserved day off today, so why not. This is pretty good — the feel is pretty spot on, juicy citrus taste, medium to low carbonation, and no apparent alcohol. Cheers!
