Good morning BA, have a great Sunday. Going to be a pretty busy day later on, I have a lot of errands to take care of.

Changed the recipe for the 2nd time. This was fantastic. Aromas and flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, green pepper, and pine hops; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bread dough malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced bready/grainy wheat/oats and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light resins/rinds, light-moderate increasing dryness, no hop astringency. Insanely drinkable, not aggressive, minimal warming 9.6%. This is pretty refreshing for a DIPA. A lot of hop varieties, but everything came together perfectly. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; nice wheat/oat/malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. This is very well attenuated for the ABV, and a lot less malty than the original. I liked it a bit more than last year, I think this would be fine to stay as is.

This is insanely amazing. BBA Serpents stout with cocoa/coffee. Aromas and flavors of huge nutty dark roast coffee, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, caramel, molasses, toffee, marshmallow, fudge, brownie batter, vanilla, bourbon, toasted oak, and dark bread; with lighter notes of coconut, licorice, smoke, leather, tobacco, and dark fruits. Touch of booze in the aroma as it warmed, but not overwhelming. Very mild roast bitterness and bourbon/oak spiciness on the finish. Mild carbonation and very full body; with an insanely rich, creamy, silky, and velvety mouthfeel that is amazing. Minimal chalky roast, oak tannins, or dryness. No cloying sweetness. Mildly increasing warmth of 13.5%, zero barrel booze. Dangerously smooth sipper. Mind blowingly rich and complex flavors. Amazing balance of fruity/nutty coffee, cocoa, and black/roasted malts; with perfect barrel integration. Not overly roasty on malts nor tannic on the barrels. I grabbed a couple more after I reviewed it, and will gladly do it again.

Starting off with a little fruit juice (the last one of variety of beers from @GreenBayBA from a while back -- thanks!). Sun rise in a few minutes and the hummingbirds are busy making noise in the trees already...

This is amazing as always. Aromas and flavors of huge raisin, plum, fig, date, cherry, red apple, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, brown bread, vanilla, bourbon, coconut, toasted oak, and light clove/pepper yeast spice. Balanced sweetness and yeast/tannic oak spice on the finish. Medium-plus bodied; very smooth finish with nice creamy/silky/slickness in the mouthfeel. Light spicy yeast/tannic oak dryness, never cloying. Incredible balance between the barrel and classic quad complexity. Minimal warming ABV, no barrel booze. Well attenuated and not overly sweet. One of my favorite BBA Quads of all time. Grabbed a LOT of it this year. Was much easier to find, well worth the price.

This is amazing! Flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/rind, pepper, and pine hops; with balanced caramel, toffee, brown sugar, bourbon, charred oak, and brown bread sweetness; with lighter notes of coconut, vanilla, and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus rind, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness; and light-moderate bourbon/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; balanced creamy/bready malts, sticky/resinous/rindy hops, and bourbon/oak tannins in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing bitter/resin/tannic dryness. Lightly increasing warmth of 12.2%, mild barrel booziness lingering after the finish. Completely exceeded all expectations. Big juicy and dank Chinook, Mosaic and Simcoe hop complexity from reDANKulous; awesome malt balance and barrel integration. Not overly sweet for the ABV. LIked it a lot more than the base beer too. Feels more dank than I remember, even with the barrel aging. I bought 3 packs; already starting to mellow out a bit after 3 months, but equally impressive.

It is going to be a busy day today, so this may be my only beer. It is probably my favorite beer to have with breakfast.

Shimmering hazy light gold color with bountiful cap and lacing.

Aroma of yeasty sweet roll with dried fruit and spiced with a combination of cinnamon and clove.

Taste is of slightly tart sweet malt dusted with the spices listed above then baked with a mixture of peach, apricot and citrus zest, served up together mixed in the same dish. I could say more but I would be repeating myself.
