Well since they are literally printing money you forgetting about the plates and paper stock they stole from US Treasury Department, that's ton of free money there hopefully the Secret Service doesn't read this and shuts down out favorite beer factory.

Sorry folks it still kills me when people use literally as super duper hyperbolic.

 

Ample Hills is opening what basically amounts to a Willy Wonkaesque factory in Red Hook, about a 20 minute walk from Other Half.

 

My head literally just exploded. Also had no idea they had such grand designs - going after B&J??

 

I’ve run past that space a bunch of times. It’s been boarded up and under construction for a while now. I always thought to myself that’d it make a great spot for a brewery. This is much better.

 

Went last Saturday. I hope they are still working on the place cause the actual (s)eating area is tiny. Smaller than the Gowanus location. The production facility looks enormous.

 

Looks like we got faked out over the lager unless it drops tomorrow.

 

I was thinking somewhere around 200k for a “banner” week (hot collab, lots of taproom activity, etc) to 150k for a slower week. But yeah, no way it is 500k a week.

 

So this is not DDH Go With The Flow? If so I didn't realize they ever "backtracked."

Doubt it was coined here, I am sure it is all over the place. Monkish thread is rife with this kind of talk.

My best guess would be that DDB coined the term or at least popularized it, although I think he calls them floccboiz now.

 

Although FWIW, there is a decent chance at least on BA, hazegramps was coined here, so you have that going for you...
