I'm in Lafayette. We might need to grab a beer sometime.

Can anyone here say how PB achromatic holds up with about 6 months of age in it? I just got 2 bottles from this release in June... I want to save one for my pregnant wife. Will it be good in 6 months? Or do the flavors tend to fade fast?
    TIA

Absolutely. That was the first thing I thought of when I heard you were in Lafayette. #412. I actually grew up much closer to Central PA, but I bleed Black & Gold.

I live an hour south of Greeley and it doesn't make it to my town, good luck!

You should be fine. If you are concerned, stick it in the fridge, it'll age slower.

It's about time for another round of Fruity Bits - Pina, right? I need to replenish my WW hops and that's about as good as it gets.

I would check the date on it too. The bottles we got at the June release were from 12/17.

I think they mentioned on Facebook that they accidentally used the bottle date from last time and didn’t print new labels. I believe the bottle date should be from June.

Man, I get waiting for an occasion to open something special, but I'm not sure I would be aging these beers.

@Tarheel4985 or anyone else in the know, is there any brett in the stone fruit berlinner? Is it strictly lacto? Anyone know?

Soooo, WW just released Imperial Brut, a collab beer they did with Boulevard as a draft only release exclusively. Our brewmaster, Steven Pauwels was out here for the festival and brewed it then. Excited to hear what you guys think. And, the guys from WW will be at Boulevard next week to brew a special collab beer that we will be getting limited kegs of in CO and distributing to the fine bars in early September. Keep a look out for it.

I am 95% certain there is no Brett in the Stone Fruit Berliner. Why do you ask? I thought that beer was fantastic, BTW.

I'm not sure WW has done... any... brett beers. Maybe Peach Climacteric.

It’s a Kettle sour, correct? No Brett, just lactic acid, I’d guess.

When I saw "Boulevard" and then "Br" my brain almost finished their new release as Brett not Imperial Brut and I got so hyped at the idea of WW first brett beer being a collab with the makers of Saison Brett. Still need to try a brut, but now I already kinda want a brett brut beer.

It's the copious amounts of histamine like byproducts that kill me. Ugh.

Saw another triple of Medianoche crowlers hit this afternoon - what was the “People’s Choice” one about?

I’m scheduled for another important business trip - coincidentally the week of GABF. Hoping (expecting, to be honest) for some good stuff to hit WeldWerks Thurs/Fri and I’m looking forward to finally picking up my Vanilla/Mexican Medianoche replacements.

I need Fruity Bits - Pina! Anyone have feedback on the milkshake version? Thought about trading for a stash but like everyone, I spend too much on beer and need(ed) to reel it in.

Peoples Choice Noche was the blend for the Invitational Festival. 17 month single barrel bourbon with cacao, marshmallow, and medianoche barrel aged coffee beans.
