More Brewing Co. (StB) - (2018)

How does someone not finish first in Seinfeld trivia? Did they ask about the actor's personal lives or things that have nothing to do with the show?

You sir, should be kicked out of America!

 

It was all about the show. Nothing about the actors' personal lives or their off-screen/show names.

We were in 1st place after the 1st round but the competition was fierce! Some were questions about random things about the show, others were visual where you were given a sheet and you had to identify the characters (first and last name, and some were really tough here. One was the picture of NBC president's daughter who's cleavage George gets caught staring at. What was her full name?). They also had quotes and you had to identify who said it (never as easy as major character.... it was always fringe or small characters that may have appeared only once briefly). You also had a category for official episode names, and final questions where you could wager a bunch of points if you felt confident in your answer. I think it was 6 rounds in total and it took about 2 hours!

They're thinking that next trivia night will be The Office.

 

Sounds like More did a mighty fine job with the anniversary. I half-heartedly tried for a table Saturday at 215 but my impatient non-beer-nerd friend didn't wanna wait for one. Ah well, there's always next year!

 

I didn't go and have no right to complain but I feel like if they would have stuck with the original plan of 1-2 can releases a day it would have been better (and I might have been able to get a 4 pack for myself). I understand why they switched it up but it would have spread it around a bit more.

 

I was very surprised the bottles lasted so long on Sat and Sun. About 3 hours each day. Amazing what happens when there isn't the trade value. Got Rainbow and Swirl on Sat and Vanilla on Sunday. Those 3 most recent henna's are really fantastic beers.

Sure feels like we are due for a bottle release, no? Also, when does BA Karma finally get the bottle treatment?

 

Really disappointed I won’t be around to grab some DDH Loose Candies. I really liked it the last time around.

 

DDH Loose Candies is my favorite IPA More has done, hands down. Definitely snagging a few 4-packs for my Minnesota fishing trip this weekend

 

This seems like it has to be bigger production amounts right? Or am I just wishful thinking that some will be around at 6pm?

Good beers I'm sure but I'm a city boy and 11am on a Friday just ain't moving me

Fast line, which is non-existent now - smooth release compared to the previous one.

Now they just need to work on their bartenders telling customers that a fresh crowler won't be good after a week

 

For those that are at more any guess how long cans will last?
