    My town has these free summer concerts on the public field - usually 'tribute' bands, but always a good time - live music just minutes away ! - last night was a Chicago tribute band...

    Very attractive gold color of a deeper shade with white cap and lacing.

    Aroma of sweet malt covered in piney, spicy hops.

    Flavor is straight up malt forward with a polishing of bright, citrusy, resiney, shining hops. The hop flavor complements the malt and contributes to moving the whole flavor bundle forward. Not a complex group of flavors buy tasty. Finishes clean with a bit of hop firmness lingering in the aftertaste.

    It's big and lush yet crisp. I like it. I'm on the lagering chapter of my studies and its real great information.

    2 weeks ago I was fortunate enough to interview Augie Carton at his brewery and I'm happy to say the article i wrote was published today! So you can find it here Thanks to all involved. If any would like to read it. I also have one on Yards in Philly.
