Price aside, every D2H3 variant to me has been better than HopHands, but yeah, there are better pale ales out there for similar or lower price tag. Hell, pretty much all of the South County Intervals are better and are usually $10/four pack and even lower ABV.

Opened a Are They Okay? tonight and it tastes decent, but wow does it look terrible. Purple dishwater. One of their lower outputs, you'd think a brand like Tired Hands that focuses so much on aesthetic would want to release a better looking beer.

Anyone know details regarding the Tired Hands Fishtown beer garden that's apparently not happening?

Apparently it was never happening in the first place?

Sounds like the previous announcement was premature:
I know in past years that bar and restaurant owners had been pushing back at the summer popup beer gardens in the City, as they draw business away and aren't required to meet the normal licensing requirements. Not sure what approach Tired Hands was using to get permitted. I know the PLCB allows breweries to now have multiple off site locations.

Feels like we’re due for a crazy release this week. It’s been awhile. Personally I’d be happy with a trio of their standards, somewhat like last week, but I imagine TH is less than happy about all that leftover liquid.

Are beers still "leftover" from last week's release?

    Cheers!

D2H3 is still available. I believe the other 2 sold out the day after the release. Nothing sold out the day of the release.

Based upon this fact and a number of posts I have read I am now convinced that D2H3 at 18 bucks a 4-pack is not a brisk seller for Tired Hands. It would be interesting to see if Tired Hands makes a pricing adjustment here but I would bet they won't.

    Cheers!

Unless it's sitting around for weeks I don't think there would be a reason to. Obviously people are still paying the $18, just at a slower pace.

Interested to hear what you'd consider to be a crazy release these days? With three milkshakes released in July alone, I'm not too sure (other than a new Only Void) what could qualify. Maybe some fruited triple milkshake but otherwise, not sure what is going to cause mass Ardmore hysteria. Not that I'm complaining.

I’m honestly not sure either. The anniversary release was legit crazy, but that was an exception. Another OV + milkshake release would probably unleash the hordes, though, I agree.

I think a triple release of a new Shake, a new quad IPA, and an old favorite two weeks ago constitutes a pretty "crazy" release by Tired Hands standards.

I just hope they don’t release gatherer with a shake again. Let that beer stand alone.

I will be in town for the first time in a year and I’m hoping to shove my suitecase full of beer. Last year I lucked out and was there for Panna Cota Rose Shake and Pineal.

I’m always suprised can releases don’t leak out from tired hands. In FL most of the bottles released have been in the rumor mill for a week or so prior to release.

If you guys were guessing... Wednesday or Thursday?
