If they made the beer out of dishwater I’d still buy it just for those labels.

So looks like Stickman has added a kitchen, and is going live with the food on Friday

So if anyone is still hanging on to cans of Yoga Pants to see if it changed with age, probably just drink em. Cracked open my last can, and it's still very heavy on the strong red wine flavor. So I mixed it half and half with a sweet stout.

They seem to be one of the few breweries taking advantage of the revised rules that allow breweries to have multiple off-site locations under their license.

Has anyone ever been to the Tony Joe's place? How's the food?

Yeah, doesn't make sense to move towards Phoenixville with all the competition there.

But going the other direction, the Route 29 corridor of Schwenksville /Green Lane / Pennsburg area has nothing in terms of breweries or any decent beer bars except for Ortino's Northside, but they have fallen mightily from what they were 10 years ago.

I think the food is good, cool little place. They just expanded the bar so I think 8 or 9 people can squeeze around it now. It's actually closer than the brewery to my house, and the brewery is only like 5 miles away.
Never ate at Vinny's, though drove by it many, many times. That comment on IG about the cheesesteaks vs the pizza is priceless.

The pizza really was terrible, and there is plenty of lousy pizza around here.

Very excited as this is just a three minute drive from our house. Sadly not walkable.

Note to future visitors that the stretch of 401 from Stickman to Newcomen Road is a popular spot for the West Pikeland township police to set speed traps so be careful. I have seen tons of tickets and field sobriety tests administered at the entrance to our development.

    Hi, Tom!

Hello Scott, been too long, say hi to Vicki for me.
Have you two come up to Pottstown to check out Steve's new place yet?

Yup, been that way for years too.

I drive that way home a lot of days, to be able to stop there for cans instead of Rofo is a big plus to me. I even bet the space will be nicer and warmer than the brewery space....not that it's really that hard to do, the brewery space is ultra cold and hard feeling.

For those fans of Marzen Lagers -this is pretty flavorful, fuller bodied for the style, nice smooth mouthfeel. But a bit pricey compared to other local options.

I like regular SBIF, so I'm sure I'll like this one too. I'll have to stop and get some. Thanks for the mini-review.

Did anyone get any of The Crane? Instagram of Stickman says it's their best DIPA they have ever brewed. I think it's still on tap too.

Keep meaning to swing by but have been too busy after work lately. I did however learn something interesting over the weekend. We were on our way back from the Kane ANTEAD release and stopped at Referend in NJ. Awesome little spot, barreled aged coolship beers, very refreshing. Well it turns out they get some of their wort from Stickman. They go and pick it up and truck it back to Jersey and then it goes straight into the coolship. They are like Fermentary Form and others that don't brew on site but ferment and blend wort from other breweries.
