Milkshake Nawi is pretty god damn delicious. the nose on it is incredible, i'm getting a ton of mango with a cream finish. getting more prevalent as it warms too. taste is real good, not a ton of a vanilla but its there. nothing game changing but it is a DAMN good beer.

would i spend $23 again at a bottleshop? no probably not. would i spend $20 at the brewery to show some love? yeah, easily.

Agreed ^ and it’s a million times better than gnarly Milkshake.

Agree with the comments above. Mango in the can I opened was subtle but definitely there. Creamy vanilla with a bit of Hop bitterness at the end. I’d put it way above Super Gnarly Milkshake but a bit below Blazed Orange Milkshake.

Yeah, I've been meaning to stop in and checkout Nordic and Bruin.

Stopped by Energy City today to grab more Milkshake Nawi. Chatted it up with the employees, all around really good crew. Sounds like they will be ramping up production and do their best to contract brew so they can put their goods in cans.

Milkshake Nawi is no joke. Its got the cream/milkshake vibe but still tastes like an IPA. The very reason I went to support them and grab another 4-pack.

Anyone try Brickstone's Triple H Haze-Haze-Haze yet? Looks like they are canning and releasing today to Binnys STC and Glen Ellyn.

It hit a few local binnys last week and BrickStone noted on social media that wider distro would soon follow.

I really enjoyed it, felt it was on par with Haz’d Juice

Yea. It’s around. I found it last Thursday. And it’s on draft at beer cellar currently.

    It’s pretty darn good

New non-Chicagoland NE IPA that's available in Chicago: Color Block from Prairie. Advertised as 'hazy' and has vanilla & lactose...so a milkshake version, I guess?

Got a can from Bottles & Cans over the weekend.
