    In Memoriam

    Having a Double Cannon Double IPA from Rough Seas. The Aromas/Flavors are fairly complex and tightly integrated with lots of toasted caramel malt, some pine resin, some citrus and some citric zest. The bitterness which becomes more obvious as the malt sweetness fades away in the dry finish is resinous, spicy and earthy.
