Going with a Southern Prohibition Strawberry Saison now.



This one's a bit over-carbonated, but the nose and flavor are still there (can dated april of this year). Strawberry Fruit Roll-Up on the nose with some other strawberry candies, and flavor is mostly yeasty farmhouse funk with hints of strawberry bubble tape in the background, and peppery coriander almost reminding me of a strong witbier. I gave it a 3.69 out of 5, the carbonation level should be still tamed at 4 months but this was really overdone and the "feel" category took a big hit. Otherwise I'd probably say it was closer to a 4.
