This is a nice rauchbier. It's six months old, but you don't know old the Bamberg beers are when you pick those up. Real nice complexity on the smoke and malt. Very clean lagering.

I'd buy this again. Cheers all!

 

Good morning, BAs! It is a turd of a day here. Although a crappy-weather day off still beats a sunny day at work I suppose.

I am becoming more and more enamored with thei IPAs and DIPAs. I do not think I have had a bad one yet.

 

Nor have I. They’re all so well done! I’m sure it will end someday, but hopefully we at least get through 2018 before they scale up production and lose the magic.

 

Have you tried Veil SoftStyle, released the same day as bluemiata? If so, is it any better? Bluemiata was not my favorite Veil IPA. I have two cans of SoftStle that I was gonna ship folks but if it is as bad as bluemiata, I think I should just drink them myself.

 

Haven’t opened a Soft Style yet, but the reviews look a lot better than for Blue Miata. I think you’re safe to share.

Some mouthwatering post recently! I'm still waiting for a package myself with some Alefarm and Cloudwater among others.

Strange how this works, sometimes orders are here within two days, other times it takes two weeks. And all the time the package seems to be stuck in Copenhagen. Always a nice surprise when it finally gets here.

Another beautiful day here in New Mexico. I found this in a local store and it reminded me of the northeast.

 

Time I reached for this one again . . .




Hazy golden pale ale with a refreshing citrus aroma. Hop forward with underlying malt as a foundation but hops make up the visible part of the structure. Easy drinking.

 

I actually like Asahi for some reason, eventhough 9 out of ten times I am usually drinking craft beer. It's good when eating at a Japanese restaurant, or Chinese...
