Oooh! A Rauchbier in a CAN! Did you do a review? If not, how smoky was it? There is a user on here that ONLY likes smoked beers & while I am not THAT specialized, I definitely gravitate towards them.

(not "counting" this for today's WBAYDN, but if you're in Chicagoland region, you need to get in and try Dovetail's Grodziskie - (3.8%) - smoked wheat and malt beer, unlike any I've had before, a great woodsy aroma, perfectly refreshing too with a high CO2 injection to keep it effervescent. It wowed us both last night. PSA over). Cheers!

I'm no snob, but I'm amazed at the difference between the very cleanly lagered Daredevil beer and this merely passable beer. Cheers all!

Trying Queens Order a Farmhouse Ale from Jester King, ABV 4.00%. The flavor is wheat crackers, honey, yeast, Brett funk, lemon, but not too tart, and a bit of grapefruit. A bit watery but thirst quenching in hot Texas.

It’s the middle of the day here (4pm) and after a grocery store stop - 3 Monts:

Kinda like a cross between a strong EuroLager and a Belgian Blonde/Strong Golden. Boozy corn and clovey/spicy yeast. I need to drink more (for research purposes, of course). Cheers from Paris!

I am enjoying an El Segundo Brewing Cerveza Fresca Guava. Hazy and a bit sweet but fantastic.

So, how’s the weather? Haha

I guess you could look into Cherry Chouffe, the point being to scour the supermarket to find that beer you don’t find in FL... cheers.

Clear rich gold color with white cap.

Aroma of sweet malt and floral, spicy hops.

Taste on entry is hop forward yet malt makes a stand with a bready sweetness that isn't really sweet, rather that's the impression. Hops add floral, spicy elements which carry through and linger in the aftertaste. The hops are sharp, bracing and quite prominent yet they taste sophisticated and cultured rather than bitter.

Having a blueberry cucumber gose by elk brewing. One can didn't have a top sealed properly, causing it to be low on beer. It got dumped. Part of me wants to be reimbursed for that one beer, but the 6 pack was 11 bucks. Can't justify bugging them for a 2 dollar beer. Should I be letting them know what I found for their sake? I think the rest of the pack is fine...

Happy Friday, BAs! This is my last of the beers I was gifted from @vabeerguy . Sad to be out of Triple Crossing after this one!

Tree House Single Shot with Brazil Cerrado coffee. Coffee milk stout. A bit sweet for me, but makes a nice after lunch drink. Cheers!

Took Mrs Z for a walk around the block, and sat in a park and watched a group of guys singing/playing a drum and something that looked like a big mandolin...beautiful afternoon in the mid 70s/low humidity. Now having another grocery store beer - Duvel:
