My lovely bride and I spent a month in hotels and extended stay places this past winter while we had our 1981 kitchen, den, downstairs bathroom, and hallway updated to 2018. Seems I drank more than usual. Maybe the free two hour happy hour had some influence.

Anyway, the final product was awesome. Perhaps you have gotten a glimpse from my beer posts.

Just after I was thinking we have too many tomatoes, Mrs. Ozone, my lovely PBR drinking wife walks in the door with more. Oh well I suppose things could be worse.

Collaboration between Trophy Brewing and Wilmington Brewing Captain's Hat an 8% DIPA. Solid flavors could have been a superstar little too much alcohol shining through or maybe I am getting too picky??

 

Well that’s sad to hear. I respect your opinion as I see what you have tried over the years. I’m in northern Maine and have a hard time getting a lot of good stuff up here so it’s limited. Like you I LOVE my ipas and have over the past year grown to absolutely Love the neipa style. The juiciness......nothing like it! Have you had anything from Marsh Island Brewing out of Orono Maine?
