Awesome shandy! Great head retention/lacing for the style. Aromas and flavors of big lightly tart lemonade, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, and citrus zest; with moderate wheat, cracker, bready malt balance; and mild herbal hop earthiness. Mild hop bitterness and light tangy fruit/soda tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and moderately crisp finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts and citrus acidity in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing tart/tangy fruit dryness. Very flavorful/refreshing, 7%. Always loved the base beer, this is equally as delicious. Great grapefruit/citrus soda vibrancy and balanced pale/wheat malts. Glad they are in cans now. This is a top summer beer this year, along with the Short's shandies. Already into my 2nd pack.

Delicious NEIPA. Aromas and flavors of tangerine, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, guava, passion fruit, citrus peel/zest, and light pepper/pine hops; with balanced wheat, white bread dough, light honeyed malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Very mild pine, zesty, herbal, grassy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; creamy/bready wheat/oats, and some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Refreshingly drinkable, 6.7%. Really spot on stuff all around. Great soft mouthfeel with stone fruity/tropical hop juiciness, and balanced wheat/bready malts. Mild dankness. Really well done for a nationally available NEIPA. Feels like the El Dorado has the most presence with this. Will get again, always freshly available.

Very good Oktoberfest. Great head retention and lacing. Aromas and flavors of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and light honey/nutty malts; with some light-moderate herbal, grassy, peppery noble hops. A touch of fruity/yeasty aromas, but not overwhelming. Light herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; creamy/bready/grainy Munich malt and light sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Very clean on lager flavors, minimal fruity/yeasty notes. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness. Very smooth, flavorful, and pretty refreshing. 5%. Not overly sweet. Nicely clean and rich Pils/Munich malt showcase, with solid noble hop presence/balance. Spot on festbier style.

Always excellent, one of my favorite classic tasting Midwest IPAs. Flavors of bright/juicy grapefruit, tangerine, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, and pine hops; with moderate caramel, toasted biscuit malt balance; and floral, grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus peel bitterness. Balanced sticky/resinous hops and bready creaminess in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing resin dryness, no hop astringency. Touch of lingering rind. Chinook, Cascade, Centennial. Can't go wrong with those hops. Great malt balance without being overly sweet. Need to keep this in the fridge more often. Been grabbing singles a lot more recently than I was last year. Will be coming to cans with a few other Dark Horse beers soon.

Stock pick of a beer from @GreenBayBA shared w my son tonight. Thank you sir. Better than I expected as I am not usually a fan of NEIPA, more of a west coast style fan and I think this is more of that way/style. Yummly

Stone’s Woot Stout - a “not too” stout: not too sweet, not too boozey, not too coffee/chocolate. Reminds me of another “just right” stout: Narwhal!

My two latest brews: Orpheus Brewing’s Transmigration of Souls. Which appropriately named after you’ve had about three or four. Amazing Atlanta brew!! The other is Pernicious from Wicked Weed brewing in Asheville, NC. It has to be the juiciest most mouth watering ipa I’ve ever tried. Absolutely amazing. If you’re ever in NC and are looking for an awesome brew, I highly suggest it. You won’t be disappointed

New Prairie saison. Delicious stuff! Aromas and flavors of big lightly tart lemon, lime, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape, coriander, peppercorn, clove, hay, straw, herbal, floral, and grass; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bready malts; light musty Brett funk, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/zesty/floral/grassy bitterness, peppery yeast spiciness, and wheat tang/tartness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy wheat and sticky hops/yeast in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter/spicy/carbonated dryness. Very flavorful/refreshing, 3.9%. Not watery at all. Definitely will get this again. Very well rounded saison yeast complexity with solid Brett presence; nice pale/wheat malt backbone for the ABV, and solid earthy hop balance. Loved it. Spot on style.

Awesome blonde ale! Flavors of big juicy/tart lemon, lime, juniper berry, coriander, tonic water, and some salt; with some wheat/cracker malts; herbal, floral, grass, and yeasty earthiness. Light-moderate lime peel/spice bitterness and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Balanced grainy malts, sticky spice, and fruit acids in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing tart/spicy dryness. Highly refreshing stuff. They really nailed this idea. Super flavorful for 4%. A bit more malt presence this year, but just as impressive as ever. One of my main go-to summer beers as it was last year. Love that it is in cans now too. Got my 3rd 6 pack last weekend.
