    first of all, we’d all be so lucky to have Anna or Dorothy as “shelfies” - those beers are excellent. secondly, they’re only shelfies if you live in BFV...

    Guess it depends how you look at it. Speciation releases a few batches of stuff a month, most of which float around 50 cases. I think I saw there was something like 36,000 bottles of FOb4? Also, trader is from Socal...can't get much further from HF "shelfies" than that.

    As long as you're happy it doesn't really matter. Maybe you wanted to maximize the volume of beer you're getting in return or just wanted a wider variety from HF. You don't have to give up top tier bottles for everyday bottles is all.
