    Great Weizenbock, but I still prefer Korbinian, which is pretty much impossible to get here though. Even finding this is pretty fucking rare.

    Also, holy shit, all those Bocks are really gonna fuck you up :sweat_smile:.

    After I checked and I didn’t have a ticket for four hours in a three hour zone, figured I’d risk the other hour. Walked around the corner to Grand Armory Brewing (and coffee house with a BBQ window built in):

    The beer is Blurred Limes, a Key-lime pie inspired cream ale. They did kinda nail it up front... then the cream ale takes over, with a lingering meringue/lime note. Somehow each sip I like and hate it at the same time - apropos name.

    I paid like 1.2€ for that bottle, I think. Of course they don't come in 6packs here. Same place I got this is currently selling Celebrator at 0.8€ per bottle because the BB date is running out and I'm seriously considering buying out their entire stock :grin:.

    Saw markers/signs about it on our little walk. Dad was Coast Guard, so always enjoy seeing some familiar symbols and the... for lack of a better term... tributes to them.

    Army Corps of Engineers is also represented, as I’m guessing you’re aware. That hits on my grandfather’s history.

    I sometimes question my sanity for paying $16, $18, and even $20 for a four pack of some craft beer. But then again, sanity is not my strong point.
