No, they typically do not skip weeks ... if it's posted on their website that they will have a can release this week, then it'll happen. Still 50/50 if there will be a release on Sat/Sun as they typically do not release on the weekend. You'll have a better idea once you see what happens today.

Checking back in with my impressions after visiting CA this past week:

Foggier Window was fine. I think it ranks somewhere between Trillium's regular lineup and the NEIPA's that most local guys here put out. Definitely wouldn't wait in line for cans of it. That said, nearly every one of the belgians and funky's available on draft outshone the ipa's. Haiku de Saison was my favorite beer I had on the entire trip. It was kind of disappointing to see most every glass full of hazy ipa when there were so many other great beers on the menu.

 

Gonna be Saturday to compete with 3 Hype Chiefs.

 

Yup, they've done this dozens of time in the past with other breweries. I think they admitted to it on a podcast that they look at what's happening the rest of the week and then try to schedule their release on those days.

 

Quick question regarding growlers.
I see that there are 3 beers available for fills today, with limits of 4, 4, and 2.
Another 3 beers have no limit
Is there an overall limit on fills or could someone get 10+ growlers today?

Is it really competing? Won't it be more like overlap? Like all the hazebro's go to Monkish first and then turn into whalezbros going to 3 Chiefs after since that thing starts at 3?
