This was insane! Aromas and flavors of huge sour/tart/tangy pomegranate, fruit skin/seeds, cranberry, strawberry, plum, apricot, lemon, orange, green apple, currants, red grape/wine, oak, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate caramel, brown sugar, brown bready malt sweetness; lighter notes of pepper, leathery/musty funk, red wine vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light yeast/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body. Balanced creamy/bready malts, lactic acid, and fruit tang/tannins in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing acidic/tangy/tannic dryness, minimal puckering sourness. Dangerously smooth sipping, minimal warming 8.5%. Not overly lactic. Mind blowing amazing. Insanely jammy pomegranate fruit; balanced Brett/Lacto complexity, and dark/bready malts against acidity. I don't care if I ever see a Cantillon ever again. Arclight is clearly making the best fruit sours in the state. 4.42

Yup, there’s that beer again. My favorite beer out right now. So nuanced. Crisp breadiness with just the perfect lemon hop hit on the finish. So refreshing.

Liquid temperature seems to be pretty good? Maybe need to change the lines and clean the faucet again? Maybe need a tower cooler and fan inside the fridge? Maybe need to visit the home bar forum
