    A lobster, chocolate, civet coffee sahtei aged on foie gras inside of burned sake barrels, with Brett.

    Always nice to see more sour (and wild) beer getting made. Can't imagine them being anything other than high quality coming from an outfit like DFH. Now if only we could work on better names.

    Would love to give these a try, maybe if things go well they will expand their sales area with them so more people can sample the goods.

    If I lived anywhere near Milton, I'd be all over this. Love the format, and the price isn't bad at all.

    Feels like they are a bit late to the game, though I appreciate a large brewery introducing styles like this to their lineup. It gets alot of the more casual craft drinkers interested.
