    My mid-week work break is here and it's time for a classic German pilsner.



    I re-reviewed this one (my original review dating from 2012). I bumped up a few of the scores including the overall (3.75) because it seems to epitomize a solid, well-made German pilsner. It has it all with color and aroma, a delicious light cracker and biscuit grain base with a fine, balanced hop bitterness that seems to linger nicely, and the mouthfeel is solid. A fine beer after a long day at work (and anytime, really)...
