Nah, not really - not after me and "The Mule" (Mrs O) sweated our collective buttocks off whilst securing tasty beverages in quantity at Transient earlier today. That's "The Mule" in the foreground - she was ready to publicly castrate me when she found out we had to wait in line (I may have omitted that piece of information when I pitched the idea of her joining my on today's adventure) .....

What i always do is if my target is active in this thread i always send a second box or some hard to get beers in first box. Ive always gotten active targets, but if i ever get one that isn't active then they may just get slightly above minimum. Beer karma ya know

 

Quick heads up to my sender, I will be out of town from 9/28-10/6. Someone will be home to receive any parcels though unboxing will be delayed until I return.

 

This is my first BIF, and I really enjoy the banter here. I also am having fun giving my target hints on what they're getting and who they are. Plus - I love NBS. I think the last one I missed was last year the day my dad died - even then I was reading the thread to take my mind off the situation.

I hope some good solution is found.

I don't know who my sender is, but, I might have guess who it is based on a clue one participant gave.

 

Hint #1: my target has drank a lot of beer, but not many have been from my neck of the woods.

I will have to fix this!

 

That excludes me, because if I cared about football, it would have been the noon central game that mattered to me in my state and the one across the St. Croix/Mississippi rivers.
