    Moving right along here ba. Binary, dipa featuring citra/galaxy, from Sixpoint. Decent drinking but really pretty average at best. Lots of citrus/white wine notes but a bit of a chemical feel and just not popping for me. I gots 5 more too,

    When in doubt grab a Pils . . .

    Very light yellow color with white cap and lacing.

    Aroma of bready malt and herbal, floral hops.

    Malt forward taste on entry with warm rich tones that presents a mellowness that actually seems sweet. Hops are low key and standing aside to make a clear path for the malt. I get hops in the scent more than in the taste but there is just the slightest hop edge that appears at the finish and carries over into the aftertaste. Not really my idea of a Pils but as a Helles it'll do.

    Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

    Overall I get a sense of sweetness from this beer, a mellow roundness so to speak. Hops are present only in the "hey, we're here too" sense. Very low key hoppiness should make this a crowd pleaser. Good match with food and casual company.

    This is a really delicious beer! Thank you, @superspak! I had the pleasure of meeting @AdmiralOzone yesterday. We took a picture together on my phone, but it did not take, for some reason. Hopefully we have a chance to visit with each other again soon!

    Had this for NBS yesterday ba and I'm still not in love with it. Drinks a bit better than the binary and makes for a good trash beer. How about just canning a good old batch of Sucks?

    First day off since rescuing "Uncle Harry" last Tuesday. He's a displaced Maine **** Cat whose 87 year old master went into an assisted living situation and won't be coming home.

    Rather slow beer monday, isn't it? Having a Wieß by my favorite new Cologne brewery. This has actually not impressed me as much as some of their other beers, but then again, it's just a Kölsch after all. I had a dry-hopped version of this on tap at the brewery that was much better though.
