Hint #6ish- I fear my target will be hard to please. He has ticked a ton of beers.

 

Hint #1: I checked my target's beer ticks and my task is daunting!
Hint #2: My target's state has more interstate highways than mine does.
Hint #3: One president was primarily associated with my state. The same for my target.
Hint #4: All of the colors found on my target's state's flag are also found on my state's flag.
