Having this now as I can’t back home since my son has a peanut allergy. The aroma is fantastic but the taste leaves me wanting more. My work event had Sierra Nevada Octoberfest on draft along with some local Southbound beers and the usual macrobrews. I had probably 5 Sierra Nevada Octoberfests. Incredible.

Delicious session milkshake sour. Great head retention/lacing for the style. Aromas and flavors of juicy/lightly tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin, apricot, lemon, lime, orange, pear, red/green apple, white grape, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bready malts; light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation, medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Creamy/grainy wheat/lactose, and light acidity/tangy fruit in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing tart/tangy fruit dryness, no puckering. Very flavorful/refreshing, 4.5%. Not watery at all. Nicely balanced Lacto and fruit flavors; with a perfectly balanced malt/lactose backing against acidity. This tastes a lot like the Odd Side Fruitsicles, which I enjoy a lot. Did not expect lactose initially, but it worked well. Great summer beer. Revolution rarely disappoints.

Awesome NEIPA. Aromas and flavors of huge tangerine, lemon, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, light peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate wheat, cracker, biscuit dough malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; very creamy/bready/grainy malt and some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light lingering resins/rinds. Light-moderate increasing lingering bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very drinkable, not aggressive, no warmth of 7%. Definitely has Mosaic/Citra, and maybe Amarillo or El Dorado. Very juicy and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; great wheat/oat/malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness from lingering bitter dryness. Really spot on stuff as expected.

Heading to the hot tub with a Knee Deep N/E Auburn PA. Earlier I watch my son's team lose to Pea Ridge on a last minute TD. Rusher knocked the ball lose from the QB it flies in to the hands of another player & he takes it 60 yards to the house :poop::triumph: My son was on the other side of the field in pass coverage, to me seemed like his whole team just stopped when the ball was in the air. I will just say that the team that hustled more won & leave it at that.

Weyerbacher Sunday Morning Stout - Cheers !

I have noticed several posts lately that have mentioned that this was falling off/losing it's intensity etc. Figured I had better check my modest stash. Still working very nicely for me !

My main go-to fruit beer. Finishing off another 4 pack. Flavors of big juicy sweet/tart raspberries; with moderate wheat, cracker, bready malt balance; and some light herbal, grassy, spicy hop earthiness. Fair amount of fruit tang/tartness and light herbal/grassy/spicy hop bitterness on the finish. Balanced bready/grainy wheat creaminess and fruit tang/acidity in the mouthfeel. Fairly crisp with light-moderate acidic/bitter dryness. Always amazing, so refreshing. Glad this is year round. This and New Holland Passion Blaster are basically interchangeable right now. Need to buy a pack of both soon.

This is amazing. Aromas and flavors of big nutty dark roast coffee, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, bourbon, toasted oak, and dark/brown bread; with lighter notes of coconut, molasses, licorice, dark fruit, smoke, char, leather, tobacco, and herbal/peppery hops. Light roast/char/herbal bitterness and bourbon/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Light-medium carbonation and medium-full body; very creamy/silky/bready mouthfeel; light slickness, sticky hops, chalky roast/coffee, and oak tannins. Lightly increasing lingering bitter/tannic dryness, never acrid/astringent. Mildly increasing warmth of 8.5%, minimal barrel booze. Amazingly rich and complex; with perfect balance of fruity/nutty coffee, bourbon barrels, and malts. Not overly roasty, letting the coffee really have a strong showing. This is my favorite CW reserve yet. Reminds me of KBS a lot, just a bit lighter on the body.

    Great minds!!!!!

I'm going to have a little Weller Antique 107 with one ice cube to finish the night. I won't post a picture though. Don't want to get in trouble like @vabeerguy.

Back with another beauty from Southern Grist. This is Boil the Ocean, a sour ale brewed with tangerine peel, tangerine purée, and sea salt. Damn it’s good. Tastes just like cutie juice you can get at Costco. A really impressive sour.

I guess Iowa is a NE state because they nailed it with this one. Think Treehouse/Trillium. Haze is starting to wear thin...except in certain cases.[IMG]

First time trying this. From what I heard, it is regularly stocked in certain stores around Iowa. As I’m drinking it, I keep thinking that I wouldn’t mind having regular access to it. Cheers all!

Lagunitas Super Cluster as I listen to Urban Meyer spin his ass off on Sportscenter. To be fair, I think that deal was blown out way out scale as a heinous sin. I'm about the facts. I think his suspension was about right. But let's be clear here. A lesser coach would've been kicked to curb & been treated like 3 day old fish.

This Thunder Gun supplied courtesy of @superspak ! Pretty decent beer. Reminds me of a NE IPA I brewed recently, lots of candied fruits with a doughy profile. Nice herbal finish. 3.78 out of 5.
