So far the only people I have truly suspected are the ones who took the time to type out province, but it stands to logic that intentionally including or excluding it would be a really good way to throw people (or me at least) off the clue.

 

Sadly, I'm out. That's an all-timer of a hint though!

I have never posted pictures for my target in a BIF.

Haul Hint:
One of my favorite breweries recently offered samples of their first barrel aged brew. I loved it. They are hoping to have bottles ready for sale in 2 weeks or so. No idea how bottle sale will go because its their first ever and they only have 1k bottles. If I can gets, my target gets.

My friend almost forgot to get some Wisconsin beers for me, as he was about to start home, he remembered.

Hint #9 - I mentioned that you might get some Wisconsin beer. Unless I screwed up, and missed it, your beer list doesn't include any Wisconsin Beer.

Hint 10 - My target is older than I am.

Hint #11 - Your state was one of the first 9 needed to ratify the US Constitution for it to go into effect. The convention in your state approved the Constitution unanimously.

Hint #12 - Article 1 Section 2 of the Constitution, your State was given a number of Representatives in the House until a census could be conducted. Your state was supposed to "chuse" either 5, 4, or 3. One of those numbers is your State's number, the other two are for states other than your own.

 

So far still strongly in the running. Not ready to call you out, though, because there's another member in this that is also strongly likely.

Based on wiki info, my state seems to have a lower average minimum temperature during winter than my targets state.

I was surprised at the number of states that do produce maple syrup and with the volume that comes from Quebec. But I have to ask, is all syrup maple?

Fuck toll roads, by the way - whenever I travel and rent a car, I get charged a bunch extra for missed toll roads. Fucking things.
