Yeah been to most places in Portland. I lived in Maine awhile and my brother has lived there and owned a business for almost 30 years. One of my favorite spots is still is still Industrial Way even though Bissel has moved out. You still have Austin St, Foundation and of course Allagash. Its just a fantastic beer town. You cant go wrong. And I always stop at Jays Oyster just for the nostalgia and to have a Gansett with the locals....

Funny you mention industrial way. When I flew into Portland a few years ago for an anniversary trip, I headed straight there from the airport just so my wife and I could stand in the rain for an hour to grab some cans of Swish. My wife told me that it would be the last time that she would stand in line for beer(she doesn’t even drink alcohol), and that I should consider it my anniversary present. Little did she know that it would be FAR FROM the last time that she would stand in line with me for beer. Ha! Ha! Ha!
