Ok so the wife got home and opened her portion of the LIF box and she is maybe more excited than me if that is possible. Thanks again @FlintB the wife thanks you as well. Just a heads up your address is missing and I heard her mumbling something about "I bet he has a ton of this" so she may be headed your way!!! Truly first class, not trying to start a war but even she said I had to hit you back soo..... It will be coming at some point.

Well the plan was to use one big box but my dumb ass bought small boxes so 42 total pounds headed your way @kemoarps !!

 

Well I was going to finish packing and ship out my big box o' bottles tomorrow, but I just got confirmation from a distributor rep that a pair of Prairie (say that 5 times fast) beers will be arriving next week so I might have to wait to send the big'n. May just have to fire off a CANnon shot to test the waters first...

I'm just excited to try beers from States that I've never had before, and I also love Prairie.

Glad I'm not the only one! Ha. I've got a huge stash of the labels from almost everything I've drank over the last... ten years or so? Plan to do a collage thing with them when/if I finally buy a house. Got bottle caps as well, plan to use them for... something. Probably to make stool seats or something (sharp side down you perverts)? Dunno yet.
But the coup de grace, and the worst offender of 'Kestrel, why do you have so many cardboard boxes everywhere in your apartment?' is the cans. I've been saving all my cans for the last couple of years because I found the blueprints some time back for how to make a suit of armour out of aluminum cans...

Wow, what a box of hops from @Vidblain! And all new breweries to me: Surly (yes, never had Surly before), Barrel Theory Beer Company, Fulton Brewery, and Eau Clair Brewing Project in Wisconsin. And a cool mug from Barrel Theory. I think I'll definitely review the the crowler from Barrel Theory on NBS this week. Thanks, Chris, for your generosity! I can now check Minnesota off my to-beer list. Cheers! (Btw, excuse all the crap in the background. Our house is a shambles due to the ongoing renovation and my beer area isn't safe from the clutter!)
