This can is a over a year old (8/23/17) so I thought I’d get a little aggressive on the pour. That was obviously a mistake as I lost a couple ounces on the overpour. Anyway should be good for watching game day

Lite funk, sour green apples, dry and crisp...think Jester King light. Perfect on this Indian Summer day.

Hmm, think I'll go with the juicy one . . .



Beautiful gold color with bountiful white cap that is fine grained and leaves good lacing. I wouldn't call it hazy because I can see my fingers clearly through it, though it's not exactly clear either.

Fairly light aroma of mild malt, citrus hops and a touch of pine.

Taste is hop forward with mild malt underneath. Some malt sweetness, citrus and pine dominate.

Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

This one makes me think some brewers may view the term "juicy" as more a marketing identity than an actual descriptive term.

 

It's that time of year again, so what better way to start it off than to have the 'King

 

Internet down last night so did not get to post. Racer 5 IPA w pizza. And then, stopped back at N Coast taproom. BA Old Raspy was on tap. All I can say is OMG was that good !

Tonight is White Out in State College, and Psu and Ohio State is a classic. I hate OSU like I hate the Dallas Coyboys, I hope we smoke them right out of that 4 hole.
