Duckworths is the correct answer here. There are locations around the city so should be easy to find one near your. Plenty of TV's and they will have all the games on (or just ask to switch one of the tv's). Good food, good beer selection and plenty of TV's.

Thanks guys! Looks like Duckworths is the agreed upon place between my wife and I. We’re staying in Black Mountain, but will be visiting Morganton on Friday for Fonta Flora and Catawba. Saturday we’ll be in Asheville doing Green Man, and possibly Wicked Weed, amongst other things. If there is a brewery that is a “must go to,” I’m all ears. Not really looking for bottle shops this trip, just cool places to drink my face off.

 

If you’re going to Asheville I would put Burial at the top of your list. They are the best brewery in Asheville right now. They are basically across the street from Green Man.

 

Definitely hit Burial and also check out Bhramari, its right behind wicked weed and they make a lot of interesting/off the wall beers

 

Also, If you're going this weekend Heist should have cans at least of Mo Citra Motueka Problems, it's a collab with Salud and I believe Salud has some too

 

There is a Duckworth's near the corner of Park Rd. and Woodlawn Rd. Woodlawn becomes Billy Graham, which is where the airport is located.
