Grimm Kites Are Fun DIPA. This is everything I love about Grimm: balanced and refined, with just enough bitter to keep it from tasting like fruit juice. Glad I'll finally be having it on the regular.

Pours a clear golden color. The head is 1 1/2 finger, white, with average retention. Very minimal lacing on the glass.
The nose is really rich with the hops. Nice mellow pine aroma. Some citrus.
Taste - Wow! Nice hops that hit on all sides. Crisp pine up front, on the back a bit more into citrus.
Feel - The hops do linger in my palate. There's a crisp feeling in my throat from the hops. Full body.
Damn solid, non hazy, DIPA. Yeah, haze is in now, and it's good, but non haze can also be amazing as well.
