There is no naming logic. Trust me.

The lack of structuralized, consistent naming is going bite the brand in the ass in the long run, particularity when other expanding competitors such as Tree House and Trillium do a fantastic job with naming their beers. The duel hop series is straightforward, but it's fucking boring.

I really think they should rename the series "duel" and copyright that shit quick. Also, SD&W excellent, still on the sweeter side but eminently drinkable and delicious, not just coffee but creamy, good body.

    Hop Duel. Brilliant.

Speaking of Treehouse, I just spent a quick weekend in Boston/Worcester and as i was driving home today, convinced the Mrs (and our 2 kids) to stop at treehouse to grab cans as it was on the way home. Got there around 1pm and there was a 45 min line. Said fuck it and got back in the car, homeward bound. If it wasn’t so easy to get cans at OH now, that may have stung a bit, but I was totally at peace. But holy hell what a compound they got there. Looks like a college campus.

Well I think some sort of royalties are in order, even if it was just a spelling mistake.

That's because Tree House actually loves locals. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the only days to go.

OH could name their beers Piss In A Can and I'd still line up for a half hour like I did yesterday morning

DDH Piss Your Dreams Away By Drinking Too Much Beer... Latose gives Piss In A Can a creamy finish.

    That makes sense...I think... lol

General consensus seems to be that names are all over the place so I'll probably end up reading all of the release notes before I go as you suggested, but this is a good starter. Thanks! :beers:

I'm hoping they have great beers that week, but nothing super hype so I can grab everything on Sunday.

What's the word on OH's Sour IPAs? I'm planning to pick up either Mmm... Fruit or Thought Bubbles for the wife today. She's incredibly spoiled in the fact that whenever she hears sour IPA she expects it to taste like a HVB beer.

definitely go for the mm fruit if youre gonna pick one... the sours and sour ipas are not anywhere even close to where HV is at in the style but its hard to expect them to...

Agreed. The Mmm Fruit series has definitely exceeded expectations.

They list the hops & lactose on the big board when ordering a draft, they also have a print out of hops and notes of all their can offerings, and you can always ask for help.

Thought Bubbles reminds me a bit of Florida Plates 2, which was pretty tart from the Passionfruit in the first place.

I saw people still buying bottles when I left at around 1. I almost bought one, but I was already past my limit of "shit I wanted to carry up the stairs to the F train".

Oh that's right it was the obvious joke I made about double sunset being comparable to FO

I haven't even tried them yet

Damn that lineup is amazing. Usually I can single out 1-3 cans I really want and skip the rest, but this is quite a Sophie's choice here.
