It was particularly tasty this year. Probably my last bottle of the season right here — although you never know.

Awesome NEDIPA. Great head retention/soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, watermelon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, light pepper, and pine hops; with moderate wheat, white bread dough malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel; some resins/rinds, light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very smooth, not overly aggressive, minimal warming 8.4%. Great Simcoe/El Dorado profile as expected. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; great wheat/oat/malt balance, minimal residual sweetness from lingering dryness. Very impressive as I expected. 4.1

Another from @TheDoctor. Fantastic Brett Saison. Lasting fluffy head retention and thick foamy lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big lightly tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, berries, peppercorn, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, cork, and oak; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bready malts; lighter notes of leathery/musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Moderate peppery yeast spiciness; light herbal/floral/grassy bitterness, and Brett tang/tartness on the finish. High carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel; light acids/tang, and oak tannins. Moderately increasing spicy/carbonated dryness, no astringency. Very flavorful/refreshing, 5.2%. Awesomely well rounded funky Brett/Saison yeast complexity; nice pale/wheat malt backbone, and oak barrel presence. Amazing stuff for the overall style. 4.28

Slipped a bit o' Makers 46 bourbon in this one - gonna need it neat soon if Eli keeps this shit up - by my reckoning, Eagles ain't done nothin' - Eli's thrown them the ball and fumbled them the ball, netting Philly 14 points they wouldn't have had otherwise... And who's calling the offense's plays? Throw the fucking ball down the field! ...Hard to watch...

There are two ways to look at this. Both involve old songs that I am not going to look for links to.

This beer is excellent, I regret not buying more than a four pack. It’s a Citra juice bomb with a nice light bitterness. Foley Brother’s Skeleton Crew IPA

And why is Beckham returning punts??? Not only isn't he good at it, but if he gets hurt, we're really fucked... and is Nate Solder here to sabotage the team as payback for those wins over the Patriots? Block, fuckhead! And why aren't they running it in for a touchdown? You have the best back in the draft, but I'm watching Eli throw shitty passes, risking interceptions with every stupid throw! Maddening!

My thoughts exactly with Beckham hes going to get a knee injury. We saw it happen many years ago with Jason Sehorn. Ruined his career.

Moderate to vigorous pour yields a one inch tan head over a very dark brown body with some nice lacing. Head is down to a ring and ultra thin head after 5 minutes, but comes back nicely after a couple swirls. Muted nose of roasted malt, chocolate, and coffee. Taste it where those three aromas come forward to mostly chocolate flavors and a bit of coffee. Nice texture for mouthfeel and overall, a real nice milk stout right here and wish I brought more than one bottle home! Cheers!
